Step 1

Fill Out a Free Application

We accept both the Common Application and our own application. You can fill out whichever one is easiest for you.

And by the way, the app fee for international students is on us. We know that every little bit counts. We know how expensive it’s become to visit schools and decide whether or not they’re the right fit for you.

We offer rolling admission for freshmen and transfers applying for a seat in our occupational therapy program. No separate application is required. Applications are reviewed on a first-come, first-serve basis. The occupational therapy program has limited space available for transfer students. The College does not permit the deferment of OT acceptances to another semester.

There is no application deadline for other Keuka College programs.

Step 2

Send Additional Information

Aside from a completed application, you’ll also need to send us a few other things before we can review your folder for admission. These are:

  • Official Transcript with GPA (for freshmen): If you’re applying to come to Keuka College as a freshman, send us your high school transcript. Then, immediately after you complete your application, please request a BASIC WES document-by-document evaluation through World Education Services, or else your application will not be considered complete.
  • Official Transcript with GPA (for transfers): If you’re applying to transfer to Keuka College, send us your high school transcript, along with transcripts from any college or university you’ve taken classes. You must also send a World Education Services (WES) course-by-course transcript evaluation at your earliest convenience or else your application will not be considered complete.
  • A Letter of Recommendation: This can come from a teacher or counselor. We require at least one, but you’re welcome to send more.
  • Test Scores: We know there's more to you than just a test score, so submitting your test scores is optional. If you'd like us to look at them, our SAT code is 002350, and our ACT code is 002782.
  • English Test Scores: TOEFL, IELTS, or Duolingo scores are required (minimum 35 TOEFL, 5.0 IELTS, or 75 Duolingo) for all international applicants whose educational instruction was not in English. If your
  • Copy of Your Passport: Plus submit a copy of the identification page of your passport. It must be within six months of its expiration date.
  • Financial Declaration: All applicants who are citizens of another country must submit evidence of full financial support for all expenses at Keuka College as a condition of being issued an F-1 student visa. More information is available on the Financial Arrangements for International Students page.
Step 3

Get a Scholarship

Your admissions application also serves as an application for financial aid and scholarship opportunities. As soon as all your application materials are received, we'll evaluate you for an academic scholarship. Once your application is received, you may also want to begin looking for additional scholarships from organizations such as EducationUSA.

Step 3

Wait for the Mail. Then? Throw a Party!

Applications for admission are generally reviewed upon receipt of all required application materials, so you should hear from us within 2-3 weeks.

Of course, if you have any questions regarding the application process or the status of your application, just contact us at [email protected] or 1-800-33-KEUKA. We're always happy to help!
