Meet President Storey
Amy Storey was appointed interim president of Keuka College in 2018 and named permanent president in 2019. She is the 20th person – and third woman – to lead the institution.
Among President Storey’s accomplishments as president are leading the College through the COVID pandemic, securing academic partnerships with a dozen different colleges and universities across the state, strengthening the College’s financial stability, and implementing College-wide wellness initiatives, including the Keuka Wellness Institute.
President Storey previously served as the College’s Vice President for Advancement and External Affairs, a role in which she led a brand and visual identity overhaul that contributed to three of the largest incoming classes in Keuka College’s history and helped secure more
than $30 million in cash, commitments, and grants in support of the College.
President Storey is an engaged public servant and community volunteer who currently sits on the boards of the Finger Lakes Economic Development Center, the Finger Lakes Horizon Economic Development Corp., the Yates County Capital Resource Corp., and Rochester Area Colleges. She is also a past president of the Palmyra Community Center and served as a panelist for the American Council on Education Women’s Network.
President Storey obtained her bachelor’s degree from the Binghamton University School of Management. She lives in the Lucina, on the campus of Keuka College, with her husband, Alan, and the couple’s two children.
