#_______ Chicken Rolantini- Chicken breast stuffed with roasted red peppers, onions, and swiss cheese breaded and baked and served with a cream sauce.

#_______ Beef Tenderloin- Roast beef tenderloin cooked to a medium rare, sliced and served with béarnaise sauce.
