Diana is a graduate of Elmira Business Institute with a Stenographer Certificate. She began her career supporting the purchasing agent for I. D. Booth, Inc., a plumbing wholesaler. Next, she served as billing clerk for Duplicating Products Company, Inc., a copier/office supply dealer. In addition to billing, she branched out into accounts receivable, CSR/Trainer, and maintenance clerk. With an expanding family, Diana took a five-year sabbatical from the workforce to raise her children, then returned to work as the secretary for the president and CEO of a financial advisor in 1990. As the company grew, Diana was promoted to administrative assistant where her duties included quarterly statement mailings, preparing financial summary reports, meeting notes, daily correspondence, scheduling, travel arrangements, and serving as chairman to the Communications Committee.
In 2006, she moved to Penn Yan and shortly thereafter worked part-time for the Methodist Church as secretary where she also co-chaired the craft bazaar and served as webmaster. In October 2010, she joined Keuka College as a full-time administrative assistant to the Director of IT Services. With a new CIO joining Keuka College in August 2013, Diana was promoted to ITS Coordinator, which expanded her responsibilities into the areas of contract management and budget reviews.
