Cuban People Tell their Story in Documentary
In April and May of 2003, John Locke and his wife, Debbie, visited Cuba.
They brought back 30 hours of video, "including interviews with the former mayor of Havana and the general secretary of labor, as well as ordinary Cubans," said John, director of instructional design in the Center for Professional Studies.
That video footage formed the basis for Strait Talk: Politics, Propaganda and Perceptions Across the Florida Straits, a documentary produced by John Locke.
Locke recently screened the video at Keuka College and was a guest on Keuka College Today, a monthly program hosted by Executive Director of Communications Doug Lippincott and aired on WFLR in Dundee.
