Constitution Day

On Sept. 17, 1787, 39 delegates to the Constitutional Convention gathered in Philadelphia’s Independence Hall to sign the document they had created, the United States Constitution.
We commemorate this historic moment annually on Sept. 17, designated as Constitution Day and Citizenship Day. The Web site below provides the full text of the U.S. Constitution as well as a discussion of its history and significance:
