This course focuses on advanced marketing and sales management concepts and problems faced by organizations. Emphasis is placed on both strategic and tactical issues involving all aspects of marketing and sales. These issues include: planning, execution, monitoring, and problem solving. Special attention is devoted to the critical aspects of developing and organizing the firm's sales efforts as a critical element in the execution of the firm's marketing tactics.
